From humble beginnings to patent-holding innovators in pharmacy automation

Pharmacy Automated Mechanisms is a Canadian-owned and operated company. Its Founder and President has proudly been a pharmacist since 1984, actively practicing in a variety of community pharmacy settings including: Chain, Banner and Independent Pharmacies for over two decades in Ontario.

Our company has been in operation since 2010, proposing innovative technologies that promote error-free pharmacy workflow platforms, which have been patented both in Canada and the USA.
🔬 Innovation
The Prescriptions Check Point is an innovative system that enables pharmacists to remotely oversee the dispensing procedures, helping to minimize or even eliminate human errors in dispensing prescriptions. The system, along with its custom designed hardware (Desktop Kiosk), was recognized as unique and subsequently granted U.S. Patent #US-20170169188-A1 and #US-9886555-B2.

On December 6, 2022 - after 11 years of an extensive work - we received Canadian Patent #Ca 2,755,611 for the same procedure and apparatus.
